TGEOWA is formed as per Karnataka Societies Act, 1960 and responsible for only the building maintenance and upkeep. Formal hand over from Suraj Condominiums Pvt. Ltd (Builder) has not been taken.

Pest Control Initiative
Post taking over the maintenance by TGEOWA on 1st June, 2017, we have taken initiative towards pest/rodent control. Hope it will resolve the rat and mosquito menace to certain extent.
