1. UPS Installation has been completed
2. Automatic Water Level Controller installation has been completed
3. Sump Pump has been replaced
4. Bore well Pump has been replaced
5. Office Wardrobe has been purchased and Office setup completed
6. Terrace Gate has been installed from Builder’s Contribution
7. Fire Extinguisher has been installed
8. LED Bulbs has been replaced with the existing CFL bulbs
9. 8 Good quality dustbins has been purchased and placed in building
10. Pest control services has been started and continuing
11. Security Agency has been changed and Uniformed Security Guards has been placed
12. Arrangements has been made to dry the clothes in Terrace
13. 3rd Floor Party hall has been cleaned and made usable. All the Builder’s stuffs have been removed.
14. Some Garden Equipment’s has been purchased.
