Dear All,

Post today's SGM, we have decided to extend the Membership, 3 months Advance and Contingency fund payment last date to 14th June 2017. 

Many thanks to those who have deposited the money till today. And request the rest to deposit it at the earliest. Without everyone's support it is really very difficult to run the maintenance.

This is to bring to your notice that from 1st June 2017 Trinity Golden Era Owners Welfare Association (TGEOWA) will take over the monthly maintenance from Trinity Management Services (builder).

As per the consensus of Association Members, all residents (flat owners or tenants) have to pay Rs 10,000/- (Ten Thousand only) for the following by 7th June 2017.

1.       Rs. 500/- One-time fee of for Membership (including Legal and Association formation charges)
2.       Rs. 4500/- Three months advance monthly maintenance (1500*3= Rs. 4500/-)
3.       Rs. 5000/- Contingency Fund (for pump, electrical outages and emergency expenses)
The above amount should be deposited online in the TGEOWA Bank Account mentioned below.

TGEOWA - Voting Required for Repairing the Gym
