Regarding Borewell and STP Usage Agreement from M/s Suraj Condominiums

Dear All,

Post today's SGM we have decided to put the STP and Borewell document signing on hold till 15th June. Will keep you posted on all developments. We need to do some more ground work before we go ahead and sign the document. 

Thanks to Sampath, Anandani sir, Raj sir and SR Ramesh sir for sharing your thoughts. We will try to incorporate those before we actually sign the document.

Dear All,

Thanks for all of your help and support till date. We have formed the association, Registered the Association & Opened the Association Bank Account.

Thanks to all of the Owners who have already paid the amount which we is mentioned and agreed and requesting all other owners to pay the amount asap before 5-Jun-2017 whoever has not paid yet.

I wanted to update all of the Owners that Builder has provided the Agreements (Agreement for Borewell Water to be shared between Golden Era and Bloom and Agreement for STP shared between Sunrise, Golden Era & Bloom) as part of their action number 5 & 6 mentioned in below email trail.

I am attaching herein the agreement copies for your reference. Request you to please review this and let us know if this looks good to you all and also provide us the confirmation so that we can sign the agreements and give back to Builder a copy.
