Request Quote for Inverter/UPS (Common Area TGE)

 We had received following quotes from owner members. And as per the meeting discussion we had considered 2.2 KVA Microtek inverter and 2Nos. 150AH Elite Battery into consideration which cost Rs.31,500/- excluding wiring and extra GST. Association has sought for vote and will wait till 9th July and then we will implement the UPS based on the highest Vote.

Hello All,

I would like to mention that during the evening time in the whole Trinity Layout, our Building Golden Era is the only building which looks complete dark during the power cuts. Hence We wanted to install the Inverter only for the common areas of the building.

We have 2 quotes from the vendors for the Inverter. I request all other owners/residents Specially Raj Pillai sir/ Sampath  to get some quotes from vendors for the below mentioned specifications by 01-Jul-2017.

Once we have the Quotes from different persons, we will then discuss and finalize on the upcoming meeting which is scheduled on 02-Jul-2017 after which we will go ahead and install the same

We have also inquired about the generator which is too costly and we can't afford at this point. Also in this there would be an additional maintenance of Diesel every month.

Below are the Specifications:

1) The Inverter should run 50 LED Bulbs 9 watts each
2) It should run 7 more bulbs of 20 watts each.
3) It should give 6-8 hrs backup in Full Load.

Current quotes which we have now:
