Dear Owners & Residents,

Following are the final nominations for TGEOWA Office Bearers' Election.

President
General Secretary
Treasurer
Joint Treasurer
Sampath Kumar
Raj Pillai
Mahadevan Iyer
Steephen John

 As there is singular nomination received for each of the open positions; thus, there will not be any voting process conducted on 3rd September'17.

With authorities vetted on me as election officer, I hereby announce all the above mentioned candidates as winners and to be appointed for the positions they have applied. Please join hands to congratulate our newly elected office bearers for the period of Sep'17 to Aug'18.

I remind, all the elected candidates must submit hard copy documents at association office before taking charge. 

On 3rd September'17 at 3 pm, I call for a general meeting at TGEOWA office room to introduce elected office bearers to all the owners and residents. Existing office bearers and newly elected office bearers must be present for this meeting. We'll initiate transition process and disclose the primary agendas of newly elected President & General Secretary.

Once again congratulations to Sampath Kumar, Raj Pillai, Mahadevan Iyer and Steephen John. Looking forward to a great team work and significant progress of Trinity Golden Era in next one year!

TGEOWA - Voting Required for Repairing the Gym

Communication on 25th August 2017 Dear All, This is to inform that we have got the following votes for Repairing Gym:- YES- 12 NO- 14 NOT VOTED- 29 NOT APPLICABLE- 09 As majority of the votes are NO hence we are not moving ahead and repairing the Gym.  Thanks for your participation in the voting process.
