TGEOWA - Voting Required for 1) Fire Extinguisher 2) Party Hall Repair

Kindly note, this voting request was initially sent to the Management committee members only. Because the expense limit falls under the approval purview of Management committee. Later on some owners without knowing this rule circulated to all owners. Good that everyone is aware that we are following the process defined in Bye Laws.

Hello Committee Members,

We have received the Votes and the Inputs from most of the Committee Members and based on that below are the decision taken.

1) We have Majority (13) of Committee members voting as YES and Minority (5) Committee members as NO. Hence we are Going ahead and installing the Fire Extinguisher.

2) For Installation of Plumbing inlet, Outlet & the Wash Basin's in the Party Hall 3rd floor We have Majority (13) of Committee members voting as NO and Minority (5) Committee members as YES. Hence we are NOT going ahead and holding the installation.

3) For Installation of Fan's in Office room and in the Party Hall We have Majority (13) of Committee members voting as NO and Minority (5) Committee members as YES. Hence we are NOT going ahead and holding the installation.

Please Note: The Voting we have received from 18 Committee members and and 5 Members have not Voted and their vote has not being considered. Below are the Voting details.

Hello Committee Members,

We wanted to do some important things in our building mentioned below. For all of them expenses are less than Rs 15000 for each item due to which I need to get the Committee members concurrence. hence can you please provide your Voting YES or NO for each of the items below ?

1) Installing the Fire Extinguisher (We are planning to install 4 Fire Extinguisher in our building in each floor to deal with any Emergency fire. The cost for the same would be Rs approx Rs 9300 for all 4 numbers)

2) Installation of Plumbing inlet, Outlet & the Wash Basin's in the Party Hall 3rd floor. (For this cost would be approx Rs 15000)

3) Installation of Fan's in Office room and in the Party Hall.
