Fire Extinguisher has been installed 8. LED Bulbs has been replaced with the existing CFL bulbs 9. 8 Good quality dustbins has been purchased and placed in building 10. Pest control services has been started and continuing 11. Security Agency has been changed and Uniformed Security Guards has been placed 12. Communication on 3rd September 2017 Hello All, This is to confirm that the Fire Extinguisher is been installed in All of the floors of our Golden Era building. The usage training has been provided to both of the Security Guard's and also to Mr. Rajanikant and Mrs. Bina Devi. Our Existing Trained Guards and Mrs. Bina Devi can train the usage to other residents who ever are interested. This would be the last Project from the Existing Office Bearers. Communication on 19th August 2017 Dear Owners & Residents, I am honored to be appointed as the election officer to ensure a fair and seamless office bearers' election for TGEOWA on 3rd September'17.  As per the Bye Laws, we need to follow certain rules and regulations in order to maintain unmitigated decorum throughout the election process. Additionally, there are few house rules which have been implemented in favor of further betterment of the association and establishment. Kindly find the attached election related documents.
