About Trinity Golden Era Owners Welfare Association


TGEOWA is formed as per Karnataka Societies Act, 1960 and responsible for only the building maintenance and upkeep. Formal hand over from Suraj Condominiums Pvt. Ltd (Builder) has not been taken. For which the Builder has to provide the following but not limited to

  1. Deed of declaration
  2. Sale Deed Copies of all Flat Owners
  3. Layout Plans, Apartment Plans, Blue Prints etc.
  4. Legal Indemnification etc.
