Questions: What is TGEOWA Office address?
TGEOWA- TGEOWA Office, 2nd Floor, Trinity Golden Era, Trinity Complex, Sarjapur Road, Bangalore.

Questions: What is TGEOWA office timings?
TGEOWA- Saturday and Sunday – 10:00 am to 12:00 pm

Questions: Where can I get maintenance and other receipts hard copy?
TGEOWA- Please let us know in advance. We will arrange to give that to security or you can come during the TGEOWA office hours to collect the same.

Questions: If an NOC is required by an owner, who should be contacted by the owner to get it, what are docs that the owner has to provide to the association to get it?
TGEOWA - For NOC, the owner has to approach tgeowners.association@hotmail.com;
And the office bearers
Within 14 days in advance. Up to date maintenance and other required payments receipts are required before applying the NOC.

Questions: All owner's questions who cannot attend the meeting (for multiple personal reasons) how will there questions and concern be addressed?
TGEOWA – It is always advisable to attend the meeting to get clarity on questions and concern. Association members are serving voluntarily and sometimes it is really difficult for the office bearers to reply and counter reply on lengthy emails.
